"I asked for a shipment to be delayed"
I asked for a shipment to be delayed, I didn't expect a reply until Monday but in less than 2 hours I got a reply with the dealy I had requested.

"Great Customer Service"
I had a great experience with Goldbelly's customer service. My original cake never arrived to my father's home for his birthday. I contacted UPS first and they told me I had to contact Goldbelly. I was a little frustrated with UPS because I have had other issues with them recently for orders from other companies. So, I reached out to Goldbelly via email and let them know what happened. They responded to me in less than 24 hours and told me my options. I just wanted the cake resent. They let me choose my new date and had it sent overnight (even though my original order was 2 day shipping). It arrived on time and packaged properly. I am surprised to see all of the negative reviews because my experience was exactly the opposite.

"Ferrara Bakery NYC"
The box arrived on time and without damage. The Rainbow Cookies tasted exactly like they should. Handcrafted with love. You can tell because the chocolate coating didn't taste like commercial garbage and the bars were inconsistently cut in size. They arrived packed with dry ice. I am so grateful they have this service for a person who hopes to keep all the older, smaller, culturally valuable institutions open for business.
